Leaving Self-Made Spirituality

What I learned when the practices I trusted for a decade could no longer hold me up.

For years I trusted the practices that promised wholeness — yoga, Reiki, retreats, journals and affirmations. I was sincere, and I was searching.

This is the story of the quiet collapse — and of the Person who was waiting on the other side of it.
